1. Acceptance of Terms

2. Account Registration

2.3 Accurate Information

Providing false registration information is a serious breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

vg999 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering best practices. You may be required at any time — and will always be required before processing your first withdrawal — to provide supporting documentation. Acceptable documents include a government-issued national ID, passport, or driving licence for identity; a utility bill, bank statement, or other official document less than three months old for address; and a screenshot or confirmation from your payment provider for payment method verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe requested by vg999 may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

2.5 Account Security

3. Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per period are set out in the account withdrawal section and may vary depending on your account verification status and payment method.

3.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your vg999 account balance within three minutes of a successful transaction confirmation from the payment provider. Deposits made via bank transfer may take up to two Bangladesh business days to reflect in your balance, depending on your bank's processing times. vg999 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking institutions.

3.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) business hours, subject to completion of identity verification. Withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit, in the interest of anti-money-laundering compliance. vg999 does not send funds to third-party accounts. In some cases, additional verification may be required before a withdrawal is approved, which may extend the processing time.

3.5 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on vg999 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). vg999 does not accept or pay out in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fees are charged by vg999, though your bank or mobile financial service provider may apply their own charges for which vg999 bears no responsibility.

3.6 Responsible Use of Funds

4. Bonus Policy

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion, bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a minimum of 30 times the bonus amount before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. Wagers placed on certain game categories — including live dealer games, table games, and sports betting accumulators — may contribute at a reduced rate towards wagering requirements. 4.3 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirement within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited will expire and be automatically removed from your account balance. Expired bonus funds are not reinstated under any circumstances.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

vg999 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if there is evidence that a player is exploiting the bonus system in bad faith. Indicators of bonus abuse include but are not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk hedging bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine game play, using automated betting scripts, or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. 4.5 Employee Exclusions

5. Game Rules & Fair Play

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vg999 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of account balances at vg999's discretion:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Opening or operating more than one vg999 account.
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with any part of the platform.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, interfere with, or disrupt the vg999 platform, its games, its payment systems, or its servers.
• Abusing the bonus system in bad faith as described in Section 4.4.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other anonymising technology to obscure your true location for the purposes of circumventing geo-restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vg999 customer support staff or other players.

vg999 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies. Where there is evidence of criminal activity, vg999 will report the matter to the relevant authorities and provide all requested records and documentation.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Suspension by vg999

vg999 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has violated these Terms; (b) the account has been compromised or is being accessed without authorisation; (c) there is suspicion of fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity; (d) verification documents have not been provided as requested; or (e) a responsible gaming self-exclusion request has been received.

7.2 Permanent Closure by vg999

Where an investigation into a suspended account confirms a material breach of these Terms, vg999 may permanently close the account. In such cases, the balance held in the account at the time of closure may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature of the breach. vg999 will notify the player of the outcome of any investigation by email to the address registered on the account.

7.3 Closure by Player Request

You may request the closure of your vg999 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. If you are requesting closure for responsible gaming reasons, vg999 will action your request immediately and will apply a self-exclusion to prevent re-registration. If you are closing the account for other reasons, any verified balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your nominated payment method after standard verification, provided the balance is above the minimum withdrawal threshold of ৳500.

7.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. vg999 will attempt to contact the registered email address before declaring an account dormant. A dormant account maintenance fee of ৳100 per month will be deducted from the balance until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in. Players may reactivate a dormant account by contacting support.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Platform Availability

vg999 endeavours to maintain platform availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, vg999 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accepts no liability for losses — financial or otherwise — arising from scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks, force majeure events, or any other disruption to service beyond vg999's reasonable control.

8.2 Third-Party Services

vg999 integrates third-party services including game providers, payment processors, and data feed suppliers. vg999 is not liable for failures, errors, delays, or inaccuracies originating from these third-party services. Any disputes arising from third-party service failures should be raised with vg999 customer support, who will liaise with the relevant provider on your behalf where possible.

8.3 Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vg999's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising from these Terms or the use of the vg999 platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to their vg999 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the date on which the claim arose. vg999 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages under any circumstances.

8.4 Player Responsibility

Gambling involves risk. By using vg999 you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the games and markets on the platform, that outcomes are determined by chance, that there is no guaranteed return on any wager, and that it is possible to lose all funds deposited. vg999 is a provider of entertainment services only and is not responsible for gambling-related financial, emotional, or personal harm experienced by players. 8.5 Governing Law

8.6 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect and shall be interpreted, where necessary, to give the fullest possible effect to the original intent of the parties.

8.7 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the vg999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and vg999 with respect to your use of the platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings between the parties relating to the subject matter herein.
